Why has a match not updated?

Kickoff times, scores and results may be delayed. Try pulling to refresh later; repeated refreshes may return the same information.

Why can I not find a team?

We currently cover selected football competitions. Try the team’s Chinese name, English name or common abbreviation.

How do I view one team?

Select a followed team on the home screen. Your choice is remembered the next time you open the app.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Check that reminders are enabled in the app, then check system notification permissions and Focus settings. Schedule changes or delayed match data may also affect reminders.

How do I delete my data?

Unfollow teams, remove images or restore defaults in team customization. Before uninstalling, disable reminders and let the change sync online. Installation identity and some server records may remain; see privacy information.
